Making Affordable Housing With Historic Preservation

  • Mill City Museum 710 South 2nd Street Minneapolis, MN, 55401 United States (map)

Join us for a Breakfast With a Preserationist presentation by Alan Arthur of Aeon, a responsive nonprofit developer, owner and manager of high-quality affordable apartments and townhomes that serve more than 4,500 people annually in the Twin Cities area. Many of the buildings Aeon rehabilitates are historically designated, providing needed housing in central city areas--neighborhoods where people want to live and where many of the available historic buildings are located. If you've ever wondered how affordable housing and historic preservation can (and do!) work together, please attend this event!

Coffee and bakery will be available, as will the usual great questions and commentary.
