Join Preserve Minneapolis Sunday, October 13 at 3 p.m. for a special performance of Gian Carlo Menotti’s mid-century choral music icon “The Unicorn, the Gorgon, and the Manticore.” This celebration is in honor of the architect of Christ Lutheran Church - Eliel Saarinen – and the renewed appreciation and enthusiasm for midcentury design.

The church - at 3244 34th Avenue South in Minneapolis – is a National Historic Landmark of mid-century design, located in the Longfellow neighborhood
