Happy Hour with a Preservationist
Tour the Pillsbury House
Thursday, February 26th, 2026 | 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Please join Preserve Minneapolis and the owners of the Pillsbury house for a unique and first opportunity to tour the Charles Pillsbury mansion which has been closed to the public for decades.
Once the grand home of Charles Alfred Pillsbury, founder of the world-famous Pillsbury Flour Mill, the mansion was rescued from demolition and purchased by local preservationists in 2025. It is undergoing renovation into a boutique hotel and restaurant to be called the Pillsbury Club. This Happy Hour is the first of the 2026 series to be presented by Preserve Minneapolis. We hope you’ll join us in this fun event. Beverages and refreshments will be served and a tour given by the owners. Elevator access to the upper floors.
Historic Walking Tours
2026 tours will be announced in the spring.
